This original Convotherm OEM 2619178 immersion heater is designed for use in OEB and OES combi steam ovens. With an output of 6.6kW at 230V in star connection and a heated length of approximately 280 mm, it provides fast and stable heating of the water in the boiler or steam generator. The heater is supplied with fixing accessories so it can be mounted directly according to the original Convotherm specification. Made in Germany for reliable operation in professional HoReCa kitchens.
