This original Convotherm OEM 5055675 power supply provides a stable 12V / 75W low-voltage supply for control electronics in Convotherm 4 and Convotherm Pro combi steam ovens. It is designed for both electric and gas models and is used in various sizes from 6.10 up to 20.20. Supplied as a complete unit for direct replacement according to the original Con4 specification.
