This original Fagor OEM 12048400 thermostat is designed for 1-phase applications up to 250°C and includes automatic reset. It comes with a capillary length of 1130 mm and a bulb size of 3.1x155 mm, featuring a secure M9x1 stuffing gland fitting. Compatible with a wide range of Fagor gas boiling pans, electric fryers, and gas fryers.
