grinding disc for Fimar shellfish and vegetable cleaning machines. Its abrasive surface removes
sand, shells and impurities from mussels and other products, and can also be used in potato peelers for fast,
uniform surface removal in professional HoReCa kitchens.
This disc has an external diameter of ø 388 mm, a
coupling hole ø 25 mm and a pin groove 8x50 mm, matching the drive shaft
and hub of compatible Fimar machines. As an original Fimar OEM spare part it fits directly
without modification, ensuring correct grip and rotation. This abrasive disc is Made in Italy.
