The Fimar OEM SA2800 grating roll Mod. 12 is a genuine grating roller for Fimar grinders and kneaders equipped with a grater attachment. It is designed for grating hard cheese, bread and similar products, delivering an even, fine result for professional HoReCa kitchens, pizzerias and bakeries.
