Description

The Fimar OEM SA5300 complete stainless steel scroll 12 is a genuine auger/scroll for Fimar size 12 kneaders and meat mincers. It transports meat or dough through the machine body, ensuring a regular feed towards the plate, blade or kneading tools for consistent processing in professional HoReCa environments.

The scroll has a diameter of ø 54x105 mm, with a clamp ø 30x12 mm and a fitting pin length of 43 mm. As an original Fimar OEM component it matches the shaft, clamp and drive dimensions of the factory-fitted scroll, allowing direct replacement without modification. This complete stainless steel scroll is Made in Italy.
