The Fimar OEM SA5500 complete stainless steel scroll 22 is a genuine auger for
Fimar size 22 meat mincers. It feeds meat evenly from the hopper towards the knife and plate set,
ensuring consistent mincing performance and a regular product flow in butchers, supermarkets and professional
HoReCa kitchens.
The scroll has a spiral body ø 65x117 mm, a clamp ø 41 mm and a
fitting pin length of 48 mm. As an original Fimar OEM component it matches the
shaft, gearbox and barrel dimensions of the factory-fitted auger, allowing direct replacement without modification
when the original scroll is worn or damaged. This complete scroll is Made in Italy.
