Description

The PEL 796906 Gas Tap 23S/O is engineered for optimal performance and safety in commercial boiling pans. Crafted in Germany, this horizontal-flange valve features an M28×1.5 mm inlet and M24×1.5 mm outlet for secure piping connections. Its integrated flow regulator and Ø 0.35 mm bypass jet ensure precise pilot-flame stability under varying pressures. A dedicated pilot-flame port allows for instant ignition, while the M10×1 thermocouple connection provides automatic gas shut-off if the flame is extinguished. The robust D-shaped 10×8 mm pin offers long-lasting sealing reliability.
