The Pressure Switch 1 Level by Giorik is a precision‐calibrated water‐level control component made in Italy for professional pasta cookers. With activation at 310 mm and reset at 270 mm, a 250 V 16 A rating, and operation up to 85 °C, it provides reliable protection against overfill and dry‐run.
