ITV Delta parts for the complete ice-making cycle
An ice machine fault is not always caused by one isolated component. Water must enter the machine, be distributed correctly, freeze evenly and finally release from the evaporator. A problem at any of these stages can reduce capacity or change the quality of the finished cubes.
For this reason, servicing an ITV Delta machine often means checking several related components rather than replacing the first part that appears faulty.
Water circulation and spray system parts
Correct water distribution is particularly important during the freezing stage. Restricted flow or uneven spraying can result in poorly formed cubes and longer production cycles.
Depending on the Delta model, relevant replacement parts can include:
- Water circulation pumps
- Water inlet valves
- Solenoid valves
- Spray tubes
- Spray nozzles
- Water distributors
- Water hoses
- Drain components
- Water fittings and connections
When Delta ice cubes do not form correctly
Irregular cubes, incomplete freezing or a noticeable drop in production can point towards more than one cause. Before assuming there is an electronic fault, check whether water reaches the freezing surface evenly and whether the water circuit is free from restrictions.
Scale deposits, restricted spray components, weak pump performance or an inlet valve that does not supply the correct amount of water can all affect the production process.
Freeze and ice-release components
After the freezing stage, the finished ice must release correctly. If cubes remain attached or the machine spends too long changing between cycles, components involved in temperature control, evaporation and cycle regulation may need inspection.
- Evaporator-related components
- Thermostats
- Temperature probes
- Cycle-control parts
- Relays
- Switches
- Solenoid components
ITV Delta thermostats and electrical controls
Mechanical and electrical systems work together throughout the production cycle. A thermostat, relay or control component that no longer switches correctly can create symptoms that initially look like a refrigeration or water-flow problem.
When troubleshooting, note exactly when the machine stops behaving normally: during filling, freezing, ice release or when the storage level is reached. This information can help narrow down which system should be checked first.
ITV Delta NG models
The NG versions combine the ice-producing section and storage bin in one cabinet. Current Delta model references include:
- ITV Delta NG 80
- ITV Delta NG 150
For these machines, always compare the complete model identification before selecting pumps, water-system parts or electrical components.
ITV Delta modular models
Delta also includes modular machines intended for installations where ice production and storage are separated. These machines require their own model-specific parts.
- ITV Delta MDP 150
- ITV Delta MR400
- ITV Delta MR400 Remote
With the MR400 in particular, check whether the machine is a standard or Remote configuration before ordering refrigeration-related components.
Delta or Delta Max?
ITV also produces the Delta Max range. Although the names are similar, Delta and Delta Max should not automatically be treated as the same machine when selecting replacement parts.
Always use the complete designation from the rating plate and confirm product fitment before ordering a component.
Use the original part reference when available
A visual match alone is not enough to guarantee compatibility. If the removed pump, thermostat, valve or electrical component carries a manufacturer reference, compare this together with the machine model and serial information.
