La San Marco 95 - Steam/water valve

The steam and water valves on the San Marco 95 espresso machine are the standard model which is used on almost every San Marco espresso machine.

This is a valve which can be opened moving the handle of the valve up and down. In the middle position the valve is closed. This is the case for the steam and the water valve.

The steam and water valves are both fitted with swivel steam and water tubes and will remain in every position you place them. This is done with the pressure from a small compression spring inside
