Loxeal 83-21 delivers permanent, high-strength locking for threaded fasteners and cylindrical assemblies. This fast-curing, green anaerobic adhesive is engineered for applications where resistance to vibration, heat, moisture, oil, gases, hydrocarbons, and aggressive chemicals is essential.

Oxygen Service Certified: Approved as a thread sealant for oxygen gas up to 20 bar at +60°C (BAM Ref II.1/46 363).

Performance & Application

Suitable for permanent retention of bolts, studs, nuts, and cylindrical joints, Loxeal 83-21 ensures parts stay locked even under severe stress or chemical exposure. The product achieves handling strength in approximately 1 to 3 hours and reaches full cure in 24 to 36 hours. For applications involving passive metals or lower temperatures, Loxeal Activator 11 may be used to speed up the cure—although this may reduce the final bond strength.
