Loxeal 83-54 High Strength Threadlocker 50ml

Loxeal 83-54 is a robust, rapid-curing anaerobic threadlocker engineered for the permanent locking of threaded assemblies and cylindrical parts. This adhesive provides outstanding resistance to heat, vibrations, water, chemicals, oils, gases, and hydrocarbons, making it suitable for demanding applications. It is also certified for use with gaseous oxygen up to 20 bar at +60°C (BAM Ref N° 2-1893/2012 E).

Curing Information

The curing rate is influenced by the type of surface, assembly gap, and temperature. Functional strength is generally reached within 1–3 hours, and full curing occurs after 24–36 hours. For passive surfaces or low temperatures, use Loxeal Activator 11 to accelerate curing.
