The RGV OEM 00000000825 black knob is a genuine plastic control and locking knob used on various Fama and RGV slicers. It is typically mounted on adjustment or locking points, giving the operator a comfortable and secure grip for safe setting and handling of the slicer in professional and semi-professional kitchens.
