The Tecnoeka OEM 01201312 is the original 1-phase oven thermostat manufactured by Tecasa for Tecnoeka convection and steam ovens. With an adjustable range of 50–280°C, this thermostat controls the baking temperature via a D-shaped shaft and a capillary sensing bulb placed in the cooking chamber.
