Bilt Nical 250 water filter

This type of water filter is a  type of water filter installed inside the water tank of a espresso/coffee machine. These types of water filters are mainly found on domestic coffee machines. The filter itself is made by the Italian company Bilt. This model is called the Nical 250 and is made in Italy.

The Bilt Nical 250 has a outer diameter of 40,5mm at the base and at the top (where the hose fitting is) a diameter of 30,2mm. The overall length of the filter, without the hose fitting is 120mm. The hose fitting has a outer diameter of 6mm.

This version is the lower capacity model of this size, the high capacity model is blue version the Bilt Nical 900 is the high capacity. Seen the Weak Cation.

After installation this water filter can be used up to 18 months, this does depend on how much water has gone true the water filter. With a water temperature of 18 degree this filter can filter 45 litre of water. if you want a higher capacity you need to go for the Nical 900, this filter can do 150L at the same temperature
