The EVCO EV8318J9 delivers precise dual-temperature management in commercial ovens, steamers and climate chambers. Crafted in Italy, it is compatible with TCJ, TCK and PT100 2-wire temperature probes and features a comprehensive set of relay outputs for heating, steam and ventilation control.
