Description

The PEL Gas Tap 22S/O offers precise flame control and enhanced safety for professional kitchen equipment. Engineered in Italy, it features a robust horizontal flange with Ø M20×1.5 mm inlet and outlet fittings. An integrated pilot flame port delivers instant ignition, while the adjustable flow regulator lets you fine-tune gas delivery for consistent performance. The M8×1 thermocouple connection provides reliable flame-failure protection by shutting off gas if the pilot flame goes out. A D-shaped Ø 10×9 mm sealing pin ensures a secure, leak-resistant fit under continuous use.
