The PEL21S gas tap (OEM 0K0000028) by Berto’s is engineered for professional kitchen use. It offers M16×1.5 mm inlet and outlet fittings for secure connections, and a M9×1 thermocouple port that cuts gas flow instantly if the pilot light fails.
