Description

The Angelo Po Gas Tap 23S/O delivers dependable control and safety for boiling pans and pasta cookers in commercial kitchens. Crafted in Italy, it features a horizontal inlet connection (M28×1.5 mm) and outlet (M24×1.5 mm). An integrated bypass jet (Ø 0.35 mm) ensures stable ignition, while the built-in pilot-flame port allows instant lighting. The M9×1 thermocouple connection provides automatic gas shut-off upon flame failure. A robust D-shaped Ø 10×8 mm pin, with upper/lower lengths of 35/19 mm, guarantees a secure seal under heavy use. Engineered to fit Angelo Po boiling pans (1A1PI2G series, etc.) and pasta cookers (191CP1GA, MCF20/40), this valve offers precise flame regulation and lasting reliability.
