The 48mm shower screen is one of the smaller sized shower screens used in commercial espresso machines. But even from this size IMS Filtri makes the Competition shower screens. The shower screen has the IMS part number SM200IM
As mentioned before this shower screen has a outer diameter of 48mm. to fix the shower screen to the brewing group there is a hole in the middle of 5mm. The material used for this sight glass is stainless steel 316.
The shower screen has 63 holes of 3mm in diameter. In those holes there is a membrane of 200µm
You will find this IMS competition shower screen mainly on San Marco espresso machines. They are used with models of the Astoria CMA group as well. In the models Astoria Plus 4 You and the Wega Concept.
If you are not entirely sure which shower screen you might need, remove the old shower screen and check if they the dimensions of that one.
