The item on this product page is a double male fitting. But not just a regular one. This coupling is on one side longer then on the other. This male fitting can be used on various Grimac espresso machines. The Grimac part reference number is 1260500004 and GR095/1.
This coupling is on both sides male 3/8” BSP-G. but on one side the threads are slightly longer then on the other side. This fitting is made in Italy.
You can use this fitting on the Grimac Zola II, Grimac Ten, Grimac Twenty, Grimac Eclisse and the Grimac G10.
