Description

The PEL Gas Tap 23S/V 796801 is designed for vertical-flange installation, featuring an M28×1.5 mm inlet and an M24×1.5 mm outlet. Its integrated flow regulator allows chefs to fine-tune burner output, while the dedicated pilot-flame port guarantees consistent ignition.

Safety is assured by the M10×1 mm thermocouple connection, which cuts off gas instantly if the pilot flame extinguishes. The ergonomic Ø 10×8 mm D-shaped control pin provides a positive, slip-resistant grip—even with gloved hands.
