The Italian company Puly makes next to daily cleaning detergents also espresso machine descalers. This product is called Puly Calcinet. This product is specially designed to remove limescale from boilers, heat exchangers and copper tubing without corroding them.

How do you need to use Calcinet. You need to dilute the crystals in lukewarm water. The maximum concentration of 1000gr is 10L. So basically a to 1 to 10 ratio. If you go above this ratio the crystals won’t dissolve in the water.
