Tecnoeka OEM 01200370 single-phase thermostat 60–318°C

The Tecnoeka OEM 01200370 is the original single-phase oven thermostat used in a wide range of Tecnoeka convection and electric steam ovens. With an adjustable range of 60–318°C and a 16A–250V rating, this thermostat regulates the chamber temperature via a D-shaped control shaft and a capillary bulb sensor. It is designed for intensive, professional use in commercial kitchens. This is an original Tecnoeka spare part, Made in Germany.
