De Jong DUKE coffee machine models
The De Jong DUKE parts range covers several generations of professional coffee and vending machines. Current and recent machine families include Nio, Virtu, Zia, Avy, Blu, Lua and Rosa. The assortment can also contain parts used on machines such as Veco, Varea and Siro Touch.
A component may fit several machine families, while another part may be specific to one model, brewer configuration or generation. Always check the model applications listed on the product page rather than assuming that parts are interchangeable because two machines have a similar construction.
Identify the machine and brewing technology first
For De Jong DUKE equipment, identifying the brewing system can be just as important as identifying the machine name. Different configurations can use different brewers, grinders, ingredient systems and drink-delivery components.
CoEx and CoEx XL are brewing systems for freshly ground coffee and espresso-style beverages. Filterfresh uses a different fresh filter-coffee brewing principle, while instant systems prepare drinks from soluble ingredients. Machines can also be configured with different ingredient canisters, water options and milk solutions.
For example, an item specified for a Nio-CoEx configuration should not automatically be treated as suitable for every Nio version. Use the complete machine designation and OEM reference whenever these are available.
Brewing units and CoEx components
The brewing system is one of the main mechanical assemblies in De Jong DUKE bean-to-cup machines. Depending on the configuration, service parts can include complete brewing units, brewer components, seals, filters, drive parts, adjustment components and water connections.
When replacing a brewer component, check whether the machine uses CoEx, CoEx XL or another brewing system. Components from different systems can serve a similar function while differing in dimensions, movement, capacity or mounting.
Complete brewing assemblies and related components can also be found in our complete brewing group category.
Grinder and coffee dosing parts
Machines using fresh coffee beans require a grinder and dosing system that matches the brewing configuration. Replacement parts can include grinder motors, burrs, adjustment components, drives, bean containers and coffee delivery parts.
For grinder components, compare the original part number and mechanical specification. Burr diameter, rotation, mounting and grinder design must match the installed grinder. You can also browse our coffee grinder burrs for related replacement components.
Instant ingredient and mixer components
De Jong DUKE machines configured for instant beverages can contain ingredient canisters, dosing mechanisms, mixer motors, whippers, mixing chambers, hoses and outlet components. These systems are used for products such as instant coffee, chocolate or powdered milk depending on the machine configuration.
Mixer components that appear similar are not necessarily interchangeable. Check the shaft, mounting, connection and De Jong DUKE reference, especially where several ingredient positions or mixer types are used in the same machine.
Milk system parts
Some De Jong DUKE configurations include components specifically used for milk preparation or milk delivery. The assortment can therefore contain milk tubes, connectors, outlet components and other milk-system parts.
Milk components should be matched to the exact system used in the machine. Tube diameter, connection type, routing and hygienic condition are especially important. Parts intended for a fresh-milk system should not be confused with components used for powdered milk or other instant ingredients.
Drink outlets, adjustable heads and dispensing parts
The dispensing area can contain coffee outlets, adjustable dispensing heads, nozzles, hoses, holders and other components that guide the finished drink into the cup. These parts can be highly model-specific because the position and movement of the dispensing head depend on the machine construction.
When replacing an outlet or adjustable-head component, check the exact machine application and mounting points. A part used on a Nio, for example, may belong to a specific Nio brewing configuration rather than every version of the machine.
Cup holders, cup detection and dispensing components
Professional self-service machines can also use cup-related components such as cup holders, magnets, sensors, guides and cup-dispensing assemblies. Some of these components are shared between machine families such as Virtu, Veco and Zia, while others are specific to one machine design.
Check the product application and OEM reference before replacing these parts. Small differences in mounting, sensor position or cup dimensions can affect correct operation.
Water circuit, valves and fittings
The hydraulic system supplies water to the brewing, mixing and dispensing systems. Depending on the machine, it can contain water inlet assemblies, solenoid valves, hoses, fittings, flow-control components, boilers and related seals.
For a hydraulic component, compare connection size, hose diameter, thread or fitting type and operating function. Electrically operated valves must also have the correct voltage and coil specification.
Related components are available in our solenoid valve and water inlet valve categories.
Boilers, heating and temperature control
De Jong DUKE machines use heating systems to provide brewing and beverage water at the required temperature. Depending on the machine, replacement parts can include complete boilers, heating elements, thermostats, temperature sensors and safety components.
Heating components must be selected using their technical specification. Check voltage, wattage, dimensions, mounting and electrical connections. A heating element or thermostat with a similar shape may have a different rating and should not be substituted without confirming the specifications.

Sensors, switches and electrical controls
Modern De Jong DUKE machines rely on electrical and electronic components for brewing, ingredient dosing, cup detection, temperature control and machine operation. The parts range can include microswitches, sensors, motors, wiring components, control electronics and other electrical parts.
Electrical components should always be matched using the machine version and OEM reference. Verify voltage, current rating, connector arrangement and mounting before ordering. A switch or sensor that looks identical can have a different electrical function.
Related replacement components can also be found in our switches category.
Parts shared between De Jong DUKE machine families
Some De Jong DUKE components are used on more than one machine platform. A cup holder, valve, fitting, switch, hose or other component can therefore correctly be listed for several models.
Shared compatibility does not mean that the component is universal across all De Jong DUKE machines. Always confirm the OEM cross-reference, listed models, dimensions and technical specification. This is especially important when the same machine family is available with different brewing technologies or ingredient configurations.
Original and compatible De Jong DUKE spare parts
The assortment can contain original/OEM De Jong DUKE parts and compatible replacement components. OEM parts are identified by a De Jong DUKE manufacturer reference, while compatible parts are alternatives for a specified application.
For both types, correct technical compatibility is more important than appearance. Use the OEM number whenever possible and compare the machine version, dimensions, connections and electrical specifications.
Can't find the De Jong DUKE part you need?
Start with the machine model, exact configuration and De Jong DUKE OEM number. If the machine uses fresh coffee, also identify the brewing system where possible. For electrical parts, record voltage and power ratings; for hydraulic and mechanical parts, compare dimensions, connections and mounting.
You can also use our parts manuals and support section when additional information is needed to identify the correct replacement component.
