ECM Elektronika II Profi parts
The ECM Elektronika II Profi is one of the few domestic ECM espresso machines which is a semi automatic espresso machine, in the way that you have a coffee selection push button panel on top of the espresso machine, which operated the brewing group solenoid valve. Seen most ECM espresso machines use a manual.
This espresso machine fitted with a water tank on the back, but can also be plumbed into the main water lines. In the case of the tank version the water is pumped towards the boiler with the pump. This is a commercial type of pump and motor assembly, such made by Fluid o tech, Procon or Nuert.
The boiler used ont his espresso machine is a horizontal model, which can be powered by a 110 or a 230V heating element at 1400W. To control the temperature in the boiler they have used a pressure switch, instead of a PID temperature controller. Other features ont his boiler are a vacuum valve, safety valve, thermostats and various fittings and tubing.
Seen the Elektronika II Profi is a volumetric espresso machine it is also fitted with other components such as a flowmeter, dosing device and a level probe. These won’t be found on most domestic espresso machines of ECM.
