The manual steam valve on the Cimbali M100 GT is in most cases identical to the valves used on all Cimbali espresso machines. There are only small differences. The valve body has a 90 degree angle (like with the Cimbali M39 espresso machines) and the steam valve knob is unique to the Cimbali M100 espresso machines.
The water outlet is operated with a 2 way solenoid valve, so it is opened automatically when the panel is pushed to open the valve. So this is not a manual valve.
A other additional feature on the La Cimbali M100 GT espresso machines is the Turbosteam option and the automatic milk delivery system.
