La Cimbali M27 DT-C

The La Cimbali M27 DT-C is the oldest version in the line of the Cimbali M27 espresso machines. This model of the La Cimbali M27 is the only model in this series which uses a La Cimbali brewing group, so it can be used in combination with La Cimbali portafilters.

There are 2 models of the La Cimbali the first model is the La Cimbali M27 DT and the Cimbali M27 C. The Cimbali M27 DT is the dosatron version, this one has a coffee selection touch panel. The La Cimbali M27 C is the model which does only have a on/off button to start the brewing process.

Between the different models of the La Cimbali M27 the biggest difference is if the M27 is fitted with a motor/pump configuration or a vibration pump.
