The La Spaziale S8 EK is the volumetric version of the standard S8. It is equipped with a touch panel, allowing users to select different types of coffee. This model also comes in 2, 3, and 4 brewing group configurations and uses heating elements ranging from 2800W to 7000W.
The La Spaziale S8 Take Away model is designed for larger cups, making it taller than the standard versions. It is available in both EK and EP versions. Due to its design, this model has a different frame and longer steam and water tubes compared to the standard S8 models.
The La Spaziale S8 Compact EP and Compact EK share many features with the standard S8 models but have notable differences. For instance, these models feature smaller, vertical boilers and a more compact frame. Due to their reduced size, the Compact models can be made with a 110V configuration. Additionally, they use different electronics compared to the standard versions.
