How to find the correct pizza equipment spare part
Start with the information on the machine or removed component. An OEM or manufacturer reference is normally the strongest identification point. If the reference is not known, determine the equipment type, manufacturer, exact model or series and component type before using dimensions, electrical data or other technical specifications to narrow the selection.
A practical selection order is OEM or manufacturer reference → equipment type → equipment manufacturer → exact model or series → version or production period where relevant → component type → component-specific technical interface → component manufacturer where relevant → OEM/original or compatible → product.
A matching brand, dimension, voltage, wattage or appearance alone does not confirm compatibility.
Select by equipment type first
The Pizza assortment contains parts for several types of professional pizza-preparation equipment. The technical specifications required for a dough stretcher belt are different from those used to identify a pizza oven heating element, controller or refractory stone.
Identify the machine type first, then use the technical specifications that determine the interface for the specific component.
Dough stretcher parts
For rollers, belts, gears, adjustment parts and other components used on dough stretching machines, browse Dough Stretcher Parts.
Start with the OEM reference, equipment manufacturer and exact model. Depending on the component, relevant specifications can include belt profile and dimensions, roller diameter and length, shaft dimensions, gear tooth count, bore size, mounting geometry or adjustment interface.
Parts with similar dimensions are not automatically interchangeable if the mounting or drive interface differs.
Pizza oven parts
Pizza ovens use machine-specific heating, temperature-control, door, lighting and electrical components. Browse Pizza Oven Parts where a dedicated oven route is available.
For heating elements, verify the OEM reference and exact oven model before comparing voltage, wattage, element position, dimensions, flange or fitting design and electrical connection.
The same voltage or wattage does not confirm compatibility. Two heating elements with identical electrical ratings can use different dimensions, mounting points or terminal configurations.
Pizza oven stones
For refractory or baking stones, browse Pizza Oven Stones. Start with the OEM reference and exact oven application before comparing stone dimensions.
Relevant specifications can include length, width, thickness or profile, position within the oven deck, solid or perforated construction and other application-specific details.
Do not select an oven stone from length and width alone. Stones with the same nominal surface dimensions can differ in thickness, profile, perforation or intended position within the oven.
Dough kneader and mixer parts
The wider Pizza assortment also contains components used on professional dough kneaders and mixers, including transmission, drive and mixing components.
For chains, couplings, gears, dough hooks, timers and other machine-specific parts, begin with the exact kneader or mixer and OEM reference. Then compare the specifications relevant to the component, such as chain or drive type, gear geometry, shaft or bore dimensions, mounting points, electrical ratings or timer configuration.
Electrical controls and temperature components
Pizza equipment can use controllers, thermostats, switches, sensors, relay boards and other electrical components supplied either by the equipment manufacturer or by a specialist component manufacturer.
For these parts, verify the exact machine and component reference before comparing supply voltage, sensor or input type, switching or output configuration, connector type, dimensions and mounting arrangement.
A controller with the same supply voltage is not automatically a direct replacement if its inputs, outputs, programming or connection interface differ.
Equipment manufacturer and component manufacturer
The manufacturer selection can contain both pizza-equipment manufacturers and specialist component manufacturers. These roles should not be treated as equivalent.
For example, an oven or dough machine from one equipment brand can use an electronic controller produced by a specialist manufacturer such as Evco. Where this information is available, distinguish equipment manufacturer → exact machine/model → component manufacturer → component reference → technical interface.
A component brand should not automatically be interpreted as the manufacturer of the pizza oven, dough stretcher or mixer in which the component is used.
Pizza equipment parts by manufacturer
When the equipment manufacturer is known, use the brand together with the OEM reference and exact machine model to narrow the selection. Relevant Brooks Parts manufacturer routes include Pizza Group spare parts, Fimar spare parts, Angelo Po spare parts and Zanussi spare parts.
A manufacturer match alone does not confirm that a replacement fits every machine from that brand. Continue to the exact equipment model, component reference and the technical specifications required for that part.
Manufacturer filter and machine compatibility
The manufacturer filter should not be interpreted as a complete list of every equipment brand mentioned in product compatibility data. A replacement component can be compatible with machines from other brands without those brands being assigned as the actual manufacturer of the replacement.
Treat equipment manufacturer, component manufacturer, OEM reference and machine compatibility as separate product information wherever these fields are available.
OEM/original and compatible pizza equipment parts
Brooks Parts can offer both OEM/original parts and Compatible (non-original) replacements. Origin and machine compatibility should always be evaluated separately.
A Compatible (non-original) component should not be interpreted as having been manufactured by the equipment brand simply because that brand or its OEM reference appears in the compatibility information.
For either origin, verify reference → exact equipment → component type → technical interface → origin before ordering.
Before ordering a pizza equipment spare part
Verify the available OEM or component reference, equipment type, exact manufacturer and model, component type and the technical specifications that determine its interface. Use dimensions, electrical data and component-manufacturer references only after the exact machine application has been established.
For dough stretching machines, continue to Dough Stretcher Parts. For oven-related parts, browse Pizza Oven Parts or Pizza Oven Stones.
