Rancilio Classe 7 Leva
The Rancilio Classe 7 Leva is equipped with a lever-operated brewing group, where the brewing pressure is created by a large internal spring. Lever machines are preferred by those who want more manual control over the brewing process. The Classe 7 Leva was produced in 1 to 4 group configurations and is available only in 220/240V and 380V versions, making it suitable for higher-capacity commercial use.
Rancilio Classe 7 S
The Rancilio Classe 7 S is the basic model of the Classe 7 series. It does not have volumetric dosing, meaning the barista needs to manually start and stop the brewing process. This machine is available in both 110V and 220/240V configurations. The Classe 7 S was manufactured as a 2-group and 3-group espresso machine, with the 2-group model also available in a compact version to fit smaller spaces.
Rancilio Classe 7 E
The Rancilio Classe 7 E is the volumetric version of the Classe 7. It is designed with pre-set volumetric keys, making it easier to work with, especially in high-traffic environments.
