The Rocket Mozzafiato is one of the espresso machine models by Rocket Milano. The Mozzafiato is a single group domestic espresso machine. This model of espresso machine has been made in 2 different types, both available in a 230 and a 115V version:
Rocket Mozzafiato Evoluzione R;
Rocket Mozzafiato Evoluzione V.
In the bases all these model versions of the Mozzafiato are the same. The biggest difference in these versions is that the R version is that the R version have been fitted with a pump and motor, instead of a Ulka vibration pump.
Both espresso machines are fitted with a water tank on the back off the espresso machine, which makes it not necessary to use fixed plumbing. A other feature which can be found on both models is the E61 style of brewing group, parts of this group are not always interchangeable with other brands.
A other feature you will find on this espresso machine is not a pressure temperature control, but a thermo PID. On this PID you can set your required temperature, once the temperature probe measures inside the boiler that that temperature has met, it will turn off the heating element. Once the temperature is too low, it will go back on again automatically.
