Stainless steel self-sharpening plate mod. 32/4.5 ø 4.5 mm

The stainless steel self-sharpening plate mod. 32/4.5 is a heavy-duty mincer plate for meat grinders that use the Enterprise 32 system. With ø 4.5 mm ejection holes it is suitable for relatively fine mincing on a 32-size head, helping to achieve a uniform mince texture in butchery and HoReCa applications.

This plate is manufactured in stainless steel and built as a model 32 ENTERPRISE self-sharpening plate. It has an external diameter of approx. 99.7 mm, a centre hole of approx. 13.3 mm and ø 4.5 mm ejection holes. In a self-sharpening set the knife and plate wear together when used with a matching Enterprise 32 knife, helping to keep the cutting edge effective for longer. The plate is Made in Italy.
