In 1922, the company commissioned the renowned artist Leonetto Cappiello to create a poster for its brand. These group boilers are equipped with 1000W heating elements, ensuring consistent temperature control.
What sets the Black Eagle apart from other machines is its exclusive use of volumetric dosing. While many espresso machines offer both volumetric and non-volumetric options, the Black Eagle is designed solely for volumetric measurements. Additionally, it can be fitted with an optional scale, allowing the machine to measure the weight of the espresso for even greater accuracy. This precision is why the Black Eagle was chosen as the official espresso machine for the World Barista Championship.
Victoria Arduino White Eagle VA358
The White Eagle VA358 is another impressive machine from Victoria Arduino, featuring two- and three-group configurations. Unlike the Black Eagle, the White Eagle uses a single heat exchanger (HX) system instead of multiple boilers. While the temperature stability is slightly less than the Black Eagle’s, the White Eagle still delivers excellent performance.
