Anfim - Super Caimano
There are 6 products.The coffee grinder Super Caimano is one of the models build by the Milanese company Anfim. This Italian company only build coffee grinders. The Anfim Super Caimano is called a doser coffee grinder. This means that the coffee grinder has a storage doser on the front of the coffee grinder where a certain amount of ground coffee is stored.
This coffee grinder has been fitted with flat grinding burrs, these grinding burrs are of the flat type. They have a external diameter of 75mm and a internal diameter of 43mm. Their turning direction is left.
The coffee beans are fed from the hopper on the top of the grinder, they are ground between the flat grinding blades. The distance between the burrs can be adjusted by turning the adjustment ring which holds the top grinding burr. Once the coffee is ground the bottom coffee grinding burr pushes the ground coffee into the doser on the front of the Super Caimano.
The coffee grinds a certain amount of coffee, based on the timer set for grinding. This switch is active after a certain amount of doses taken out of the Doser. This is done by pulling the lever on the side for a certain amount of time. Underneath the grinder is a portafilter fork, this can be used to hold the portafilter when it is filled with ground coffee.
