Brass welding cap 4mm

On this product page you will find a brass welding cap. These welding caps are soldered to the ends of copper tubes in combination with a welding nut. This round surface seals off when the nut it tightened. The brass material compresses and this seals off the valve. At some point this seal will leak.

This type of brass welding cap is the smallest welding cap we sell, based on the tube diameter.

This specific welding fitting has a tiny hole, only 2,3mm in the centre. Where the tubing goes there is a space of 4,2mm. So the compatible copper tube for this fitting is a 4mm with a wall thickness of 1mm.
