With the commercial La Pavoni boilers you have 2 types. One is the completely closed boiler, without flange. The other is a flanged boiler, this is mainly with the lever brewing groups. The closed boilers are HX systems and the lever boilers are dipper groups. For these boilers you need a variety of components such as boiler flanges, boiler gaskets, safety valves, heating element gasket, probes and a variety of fittings. The domestic La Pavoni espresso machines do look nowadays more like commercial espresso machines then just a home espresso machine.
