There are 10 products.The Rocket Mozzafiato Evoluzione R espresso machine has been fitted with a full commercial pump and motor configuration. This commercial pump and motor is also what makes this the “R” version of the Mozzafiato Evoluzione, otherwise it is a Ulka vibration pump.
The pump on the Mozzafiato Evoluzione R has 2 functions, the most logical one is for brewing coffee but the other one is pumping water from the water tank into the boiler. Seen the boiler is under pressure you need a higher pressure to force the water into the HX boiler.
The motor used on this Rocket Milano espresso machine is made by the Italian company RPM, it is available in a 115V and a 230V version. The pump is made by the Italian company Fluid O tech and can pump 50 L/H.
Other components which are related to the pump and motor assembly are parts such as water filters, solenoid valves, over pressure valve (OPV), water tanks and a one way valve.
