Brass nut 1/4 for 10mm welding cap

A welding end cap nut is used to put pressure on the welding cap so it seals against the conical surface of it. Once there is not enough pressure from the back from the welding cap nut, the seal won’t work.

There are a variety of sizes welding cap nuts, some interchangeable with various welding caps.

The brass welding cap nut in this page has a ¼” BSP-G nut and has a central hole of 10mm. this welding end cap nut can be used with 2 welding nuts. For a copper tube with a OD of 6mm and one with 8mm.
