Conti espresso machine parts

Find Conti espresso machine parts for commercial coffee machines, including the Conti CC100 and Conti Monte Carlo, as well as other Conti models represented in our current spare-parts assortment.

The Conti range at Brooks Parts includes components for brewing groups, portafilters, boilers and heating systems, pumps, solenoid valves, steam and water valves, flowmeters and electrical controls. Depending on the machine and production version, parts that appear similar can have different dimensions, connections or electrical specifications.

Our assortment contains original/OEM Conti parts as well as compatible replacement components. Some parts used on Conti espresso machines are also found on machines from other manufacturers. This is common for industrial components such as pumps, solenoid valves, pressure switches, O-rings, fittings and certain group parts.

Always identify the replacement part using the Conti model, OEM reference, dimensions and technical specification. The fact that a component is shared with another espresso-machine brand does not make it unsuitable for Conti, but shared does not mean universally compatible.

You can also browse by component type, including group gaskets, shower screens, portafilters, heating elements, pumps, solenoid valves and steam valve parts.

Conti espresso machine models

Brooks Parts currently has dedicated spare-parts categories for two Conti machine families:

The main Conti assortment also contains products classified for models and versions such as CC100 Compact, CC100 PM, CC100 SA/SAM, Classica, Club, Mk10, Mk12, PMS, Xeos and Xeos2. These model names are currently available through the product filter rather than as separate model categories.

If your machine does not have a dedicated model page, use the Conti model filter to narrow the product selection and then verify the OEM reference and technical details on the individual product page.

Identify the exact Conti part before ordering

The machine model is an important starting point, but it is not always enough to identify a Conti spare part. Different versions of the same model family can use different hydraulic, heating or electrical components.

Whenever possible, compare the original Conti part number with the replacement component. For mechanical and hydraulic parts, also check dimensions, threads, connections and mounting. For electrical components, verify voltage, wattage, frequency and connector configuration.

This is particularly important for heating elements, solenoid coils, pressure switches, pumps, flowmeters and electronic controls. Two components can look almost identical while having different technical specifications.

Conti brewing group parts

The brewing group contains a number of components that require regular service or replacement. Depending on the Conti model, these can include shower screens, shower holders, group gaskets, O-rings, valve components, springs and solenoid-valve parts.

The current Conti assortment includes both dedicated Conti group components and shared components used on other professional espresso machines. For example, some O-rings or valve components are standardized parts, while other items have a specific Conti OEM reference.

Browse espresso machine group gaskets and shower screens when servicing the brewing group.

Group gaskets and shower screens

A group or portafilter gasket should be selected by its outside diameter, inside diameter, thickness, profile and machine application. Do not select a gasket only because its dimensions appear close to the old part.

For shower screens, check the outside diameter, mounting method and the brewing-group application. Some Conti shower screens and holders have specific Conti references, while other service components can be shared with different espresso-machine brands.

Conti portafilters and filter baskets

Conti machines can use model-specific portafilters as well as more widely used filter baskets, springs and spouts. A replacement portafilter should match the brewing group in locking geometry, ear position, ear thickness and basket diameter.

Do not assume that two portafilters are interchangeable simply because they both use a similar filter basket. The connection between the portafilter and brewing group determines whether the assembly locks and seals correctly.

Boiler and heating parts

Heating-system service parts can include heating elements, element gaskets, thermostats, safety valves, anti-vacuum valves, pressure control components, level probes and boiler fittings.

Heating elements must be matched by voltage, wattage, mounting, flange or thread dimensions and immersed length. A physically similar heating element is not necessarily an electrically or mechanically correct replacement.

When working on the boiler system, also check the condition of the element gasket and other seals that are disturbed during disassembly.

Pumps and water supply

The hydraulic system supplies water to the brewing and boiler circuits. Depending on the Conti machine, service parts can include pumps, motors, non-return valves, expansion valves, hoses and fittings.

When replacing an espresso machine pump, check the type of pump, inlet and outlet connections, mounting and original technical specification. Pump motors must also match the required voltage and electrical configuration.

Pump and hydraulic components are frequently manufactured by specialist suppliers and may therefore have applications on several espresso-machine brands.

Conti solenoid valves

Solenoid valves can be used for functions such as brewing-group operation, boiler filling and water control. Different functions can require different two-way or three-way valve configurations.

When replacing a solenoid valve, compare the valve body, mounting or connection type, number of ways, orifice where relevant and coil voltage. A supplier-made solenoid valve can be a correct Conti replacement when its technical specification and application match the original component.

Steam and hot-water valve parts

Steam and hot-water assemblies contain wear parts such as valve shafts, O-rings, seals, springs, knobs, steam tubes and complete steam valves.

A leaking valve does not always require replacement of the complete assembly. When the correct valve type can be identified, internal seals, O-rings or other service components may be replaced separately.

Flowmeters, dosing and electrical components

Conti machines with volumetric beverage dosing use a flowmeter and electronic control system to measure the water delivered during extraction. The exact configuration depends on the machine and version.

Electrical service parts can include flowmeters, switches, level controls, probes, thermostats, pressure-control components and electronic dosing devices.

When replacing an electronic dosing device or another electrical component, compare the OEM reference, voltage, connectors and machine version rather than selecting the part on appearance alone.

Original, compatible and shared Conti spare parts

A Conti spare part does not always have to carry the Conti name on the component itself. Professional espresso-machine manufacturers use many specialist components produced by pump, valve, switch, gasket and electrical suppliers.

For that reason, a product can correctly be listed for Conti while also being suitable for machines from another manufacturer. Examples include O-rings, solenoid valves, pumps, pressure switches, fittings and other standardized components.

At the same time, shared is not the same as universal. The Conti OEM cross-reference, model application, dimensions and technical specification should confirm that the component is correct for your machine.

Maintaining a Conti espresso machine

Common service items include group and portafilter gaskets, shower screens, O-rings, valve seals and hydraulic components. Replacing worn seals before they fail completely can help prevent leaks and secondary damage to other parts.

Water quality also affects boilers, heating elements, valves and hydraulic components. Service and descaling requirements should therefore be based on water hardness, water treatment, machine usage and the condition of the machine rather than on one fixed interval for every Conti model.

Can't find the Conti spare part you need?

Start with the exact Conti model and OEM part number. If the OEM number is not available, compare the original component by dimensions, thread sizes, electrical ratings, connections and function.

For models such as Club, Xeos, Xeos2, Classica, Mk10 or Mk12 that do not currently have a dedicated model category, use the Conti model filter on this page to narrow the available assortment.

You can also consult our parts manuals and support section for additional help identifying the correct replacement part.
