Rancilio Classe 8 - Boiler

The boiler configuration on a Rancilio Classe 8 espresso machine is quite common with Rancilio espresso machines. If you have a Classe 8 S or a Classe 8 DE there is no difference between these boiler assemblies.

This espresso machine is build in a configuration of 1 group up to 4 brewing groups. This means that the sizes of the boilers are also different. The single and 2 group model are fitted with a 3000W heating element, the 3 group version is equipped with a 4300W element and the 4 group model with a 6000W heating element.

Other components you will find on the boilers of a Rancilio Classe 8 espresso machine are a safety thermostat in the heating element, vacuum valve, safety valve and the pressure sensor.
