Rocket Giotto Evoluzione V2

The Rocket Giotto is one of the models the company Rocket Milano produces. This model is the Rocket Giotto Evoluzione V2 version. This is a domestic espresso machine, with a lot of features which you normally find on commercial espresso machines.

This espresso machine is a single boiler model, which is based on a heat exchanger(HX) principle. This boiler is fed from the water tank on the back of the espresso machine, so there is no water connection required. The water is pumped from this reservoir into the HX boiler, this is not done with a vibration pump but with a full motor/pump assembly as you would find on a commercial espresso machine. This motor can be a 115V or a 230V version.

The Giotto Evoluzione V2 is fitted with a E61 style of brewing group. This type of brewing group is one of the most used types, but the model used on the Rocket is not a generic one. So not all parts are interchangeable with other espresso machine brands.
