Stainless steel self-sharpening plate mod. 12/6 ø 6 mm

The stainless steel self-sharpening plate mod. 12/6 is a compact mincer plate for meat grinders that use the Enterprise 12 system. With ø 6 mm ejection holes it is suitable for medium-fine mincing of meat and similar products, helping to keep mince texture consistent in daily butchery or HoReCa use.

This plate is manufactured in stainless steel and built as a model 12 ENTERPRISE self-sharpening plate. It has an external diameter of 69.6 mm, a centre hole of 10.2 mm and ø 6 mm ejection holes. In a self-sharpening set the knife and plate wear together when used with a matching Enterprise 12 knife, helping to keep the cutting edge effective for longer. The plate is Made in Italy.
