The espresso machine brand Vibiemme does also use thermostats on their espresso machines. This is the case on their commercial as well as on their domestic espresso machines.
There are 2 types of thermostats used on VBM espresso machines. Those are the contact thermostats and the regular adjustable thermostats with a bulb.
The contact thermostats are mainly used on boilers. The contact thermostats used on Vibiemme espresso machines can be found on domestic espresso machines such as the Vibiemme Domobar Super and the Vibiemme Domobar Junior. But also on commercial espresso machine like the Vibiemme Replica and Vibiemme Chimaera.
The bulb thermostats, adjustable and fitted with a capillary, are used on the domestic espresso machines of Vibiemme, like on the Vibiemme Domobar and the Vibiemme Domobar Junior.
