Nuova Simonelli Aurelia
The original Nuova Simonelli Aurelia is the first model in this series and was made with 2, 3, or 4 brewing groups.
The basic model, the Aurelia S, is non-volumetric, requiring manual control for starting and stopping the brewing process. There is no pre-set dosing.
For automated dosing, the Aurelia V version features volumetric dosing with four pre-set water doses to streamline the coffee-making process.
Nuova Simonelli Aurelia II
The Aurelia II series offers improved features and comes in three versions: S, V, and T3.

Aurelia II S: The non-volumetric version, available with 2 to 4 brewing groups. It offers manual control over the brewing process.

Aurelia II V: The volumetric model allows pre-set dosing and is also available in 2 to 4 brewing groups.

Aurelia II T3: This is the top-of-the-line version with both volumetric and multi-boiler functionality. Each brewing group has its own boiler, providing enhanced temperature control. This model is available in 2 or 3 brewing group configurations.
Nuova Simonelli Aurelia Wave
The Aurelia Wave is the most recent model in the series. It is available in three versions:

Aurelia Wave SEMI: The manual version, which requires manual brewing process control.
