How to find the correct slicer spare part
Start with the information available on the machine or removed component. The OEM or manufacturer reference is usually the strongest identification point. If the reference is not known, identify the slicer manufacturer, exact model and component type before using dimensions or other technical specifications to narrow the selection.
A practical selection order is OEM or manufacturer reference → slicer manufacturer → exact model or series → version or production period where relevant → component type → component-specific technical specification → component manufacturer where relevant → OEM/original or compatible → product.
A matching brand, diameter, dimension or appearance alone does not confirm compatibility.
Slicer blades
Use Slicer Blades when the complete cutting blade needs to be replaced. Start with the OEM reference and exact slicer application before comparing the blade geometry.
Depending on the blade, relevant specifications can include outside diameter, centre bore, number and position of mounting screws, internal or cutting diameter, blade height, blade type and material.
Do not select a slicer blade from outside diameter alone. Two blades with the same nominal diameter can use different centre bores, mounting patterns or cutting geometry.
Slicer sharpening stones
Use Slicer Sharpening Stones for sharpening components used on compatible slicer sharpening assemblies.
After checking the machine or reference, compare fine or coarse grain, outside diameter, stone height, centre-hole diameter and hub or mounting configuration where these specifications are stated.
A matching stone diameter alone does not confirm fit. Stones with the same outside diameter can differ in height, centre bore, grain or mounting arrangement.
Other slicer components
Not every slicer part belongs to the blade or sharpening-stone categories. The wider slicer assortment also contains machine-specific drive, blade-cover, body, mounting and other mechanical or electrical components.
For these parts, use the exact machine and OEM reference first. Then compare the specifications that determine the interface for that component, such as thread size, shaft dimensions, mounting points, electrical data or connector configuration where applicable.
Drive belts and mechanical parts
For slicer drive belts, the belt manufacturer's reference can be particularly useful. Check the exact belt series or designation together with dimensions, width, groove count and the stated slicer application.
For shafts, tie rods, feet and other mechanical parts, compare the OEM reference and machine model together with thread size, length, mounting geometry and other relevant dimensions.
Slicer parts by manufacturer
When the manufacturer is known, use the brand together with the OEM reference and exact slicer model to narrow the selection. Brooks Parts currently provides manufacturer routes for Angelo Po, Berkel, Fimar, Megadyne, Rasspe and Sammic.
A manufacturer match alone does not confirm compatibility. Continue from the manufacturer page to the exact machine, OEM or component reference and the technical specifications required for the selected part.
Slicer manufacturer and component manufacturer
The manufacturer selection can contain both slicer manufacturers and specialist component manufacturers. These are not always the same type of brand.
For example, a slicer can use a drive belt or cutting blade produced by a specialist component manufacturer. Where this information is available, distinguish slicer manufacturer → exact machine/model → component manufacturer → component reference → technical specification.
This is particularly useful when identifying specialist components such as drive belts and slicer blades.
Manufacturer pages and OEM references
Manufacturer pages provide a useful brand-level route when several spare parts are required for the same slicer manufacturer. For example, browse Berkel spare parts, Fimar spare parts or Sammic spare parts and then continue to the exact machine and component.
For specialist component brands, use pages such as Megadyne for compatible drive-belt applications or Rasspe for slicer blade applications, then verify the complete technical interface.
OEM/original and compatible slicer parts
Brooks Parts carries both OEM/original parts and Compatible (non-original) replacements. Origin and machine compatibility should be treated as separate product information.
A Compatible (non-original) component should not be interpreted as having been manufactured by the slicer brand simply because that brand or its OEM reference is listed for compatibility.
For either origin, verify reference → exact slicer → component type → technical interface → origin.
Before ordering a slicer spare part
Use the available category and manufacturer filters where they help narrow the assortment. Then verify the OEM or component reference, exact slicer model and the technical specifications relevant to that component.
For cutting blades, continue to Slicer Blades. For sharpening components, continue to Slicer Sharpening Stones. Other slicer-specific parts can be selected directly from the wider Slicers assortment.
