La Cimbali M23

The La Cimbali M23 Up espresso machine is one of the latest models of the La Cimbali group. This model of espresso machine is not a typical Cimbali espresso machine, but one which is made up out of various components used with the various brands of the La Cimbali group.

This espresso machine comes in various sizes, a 2 and 3 group model. It does also come in a volumetric and a non volumetric version. With the volumetric model you can select the types of coffee and with the non volumetric you can only start/stop the brewing process.

Things you need to think of which are different is the entire boiler and the brewing group. The brewing group used on this espresso machine is a Faema type. So the “standard” La Cimbali portafilters do not fit on this brewing group.
