Casadio espresso machine models
The correct spare part often depends on the exact machine model. Brooks Parts has dedicated sections for several Casadio commercial espresso machines.
Casadio Dafne parts
For the Casadio Dafne you can find machine-specific as well as shared commercial espresso machine components. When replacing seals, valves, electrical parts or boiler components, compare the specifications of the existing part with the replacement.
Casadio Dieci parts
The Casadio Dieci is available in different machine configurations. This makes it important to identify the exact version before ordering parts that depend on the electrical system, group configuration or hydraulic layout. Browse the dedicated Casadio Dieci category for compatible parts.
Casadio Dodici parts
The Casadio Dodici parts section contains components associated with this commercial espresso machine series. Use the model information together with dimensions and OEM references to distinguish between visually similar parts.
Casadio Quindici parts
For the Casadio Quindici, always check which version of the machine you are working on before selecting group, hydraulic or electrical components. Technical dimensions and original part references are particularly useful when several similar components are available.
Casadio Undici parts
The Casadio Undici is available in different group and control configurations. Parts can therefore vary between machines. Check the machine version and original component before selecting group parts, valves, heating components or electronics.
Casadio Venti parts
Parts listed for the Casadio Venti can be found within the Casadio assortment on this page. Some Venti components are also used on other machines within the La Cimbali Group. In these cases, use the OEM reference and technical specifications to confirm compatibility.
Brewing group parts for Casadio machines
The brewing group contains several parts that are replaced during service and maintenance. These can include group and portafilter gaskets, shower screens, diffusers, O-rings, jets, springs and other group components.
When selecting a group gasket, check the outside diameter, inside diameter and thickness. Even a small difference in thickness can change how the portafilter locks into the group. The same applies to shower screens: diameter, shape, mounting method and centre-hole size must match the brewing group.
Casadio portafilters and filter baskets
The portafilter system can include complete portafilters, handles, spouts, retaining springs and filter baskets. Several Casadio portafilter components are shared with other machines, but this does not mean that every commercial portafilter is interchangeable.
Check the portafilter ear orientation and thickness, basket diameter and the dimensions of the group gasket before ordering. If the portafilter locks too far around because of normal wear, a gasket shim may sometimes be used, but the correct gasket size should be established first.
Casadio pumps and water supply parts
The water circuit of a commercial espresso machine contains the pump as well as fittings, valves and other hydraulic components. Replacement espresso machine pumps should be selected according to the pump type, connection, mounting system and required specification.
Do not select a pump only because it looks similar to the original. Pump capacity, shaft or coupling type, connection and machine application can all determine whether the component is suitable.
Boilers and Casadio heating elements
Boiler maintenance can involve heating elements, heating-element gaskets, probes, fittings, seals and safety components. You can browse our espresso machine heating elements for the relevant replacement parts.
When replacing a heating element, check the voltage, wattage, immersed length, flange or thread configuration and electrical connections. The corresponding heating-element gasket should also be inspected whenever the element is removed from the boiler.
Steam and water valves
Steam and hot-water systems contain several wearing components. Depending on the machine, these can include complete steam valves, valve shafts, springs, seals, O-rings, steam tubes, water tubes and valve handles.
A leaking valve does not automatically mean that the complete valve needs to be replaced. In many cases an internal seal, O-ring, spring or valve shaft is the worn component. Compare the original parts carefully because different valve versions can use similar-looking components.
Casadio solenoid valves
Solenoid valves are used in different parts of an espresso machine, including the brewing group and water circuit. When replacing a solenoid valve, check the number of ports, connection type, flange configuration and coil voltage.
The valve body and electrical coil can often be identified separately. If only one component has failed, replacing the complete valve assembly may therefore not always be necessary.
Automatic boiler filling and water-level control
Automatic boiler filling depends on several components working together. These can include the level probe, level control electronics, inlet valve, wiring and associated hydraulic fittings.
If a boiler does not fill correctly, do not assume that the visible symptom identifies a single defective part. Check the probe, filling valve, water supply and control system separately before replacing components.
Pressure control and gauges
Pressure-related components in a Casadio machine can include pressure switches, pressure gauges, pumps and boiler safety components. Check the working range, electrical connections and fitting type when replacing a pressure-related part.
Boiler safety components should always match the technical specification required for the machine.
Electrical and dosing components
Depending on the Casadio model and version, the electrical system can contain dosing units, switches, level controls, probes, solenoid-valve coils and other electronic components. Browse our espresso machine dosing devices for this type of part.
Electrical components that appear identical are not necessarily interchangeable. Always check the voltage, connector arrangement, Casadio reference and machine application before installation.
Casadio, La Cimbali and Faema shared spare parts
Some Casadio espresso machine parts are also used on La Cimbali or Faema machines. This can apply to components such as seals, valve parts, fittings, portafilter components, pumps and electrical parts.
This shared use is normal and does not make a part less suitable for Casadio. It also does not mean that all parts from these brands are interchangeable. A shared component should only be selected when its OEM cross-reference, dimensions or technical specification confirms that it is suitable for the specific Casadio machine.
Original and compatible Casadio spare parts
The Casadio assortment can contain both original/OEM parts and compatible replacement parts. An OEM part follows the original manufacturer reference, while a compatible component is offered as an alternative for the same application.
For either type, the most important factors are correct machine application, dimensions, electrical specification and part reference. Do not select a replacement solely from its appearance or brand name.
Maintenance parts for Casadio espresso machines
Components exposed to heat, water, pressure and mechanical movement require periodic inspection. Frequently serviced parts can include group gaskets, shower screens, O-rings, valve seals, filter baskets, solenoid-valve seals and boiler gaskets.
The correct service interval depends on machine use, water quality and the condition of the individual components. Replacing worn seals and cleaning the brewing group in time can help prevent leaks and additional wear.
Can't find the Casadio part you need?
If you cannot find the correct part, first check the Casadio model, machine version and OEM part number. Dimensions, voltage, wattage and connection type can also help identify the correct replacement. Because some Casadio components are shared with La Cimbali and Faema machines, the same component may appear under more than one brand.
For other component types, browse the complete espresso machine spare parts section.
