Wega espresso machine parts

Looking for spare parts for a Wega espresso machine? Brooks Parts supplies a wide range of Wega espresso machine parts for service, repair and maintenance of professional coffee machines. Our range includes both OEM/original Wega parts and compatible replacement parts for brewing groups, boilers, water systems, steam valves and electrical components.

For machines with a dedicated parts section, you can shop directly by model: Wega Atlas parts, Wega Concept parts, Wega Nova parts, Wega Orion parts, Wega Polaris parts and Wega Polaris 2004 parts. These model pages group together the parts associated with each machine family and provide a more focused starting point when the model is known.

Common Wega service items include portafilter gaskets, shower screens, portafilters, heating elements, espresso machine pumps, solenoid valves, steam valves and dosing devices. Always check the machine model, production version, dimensions and OEM reference before ordering.

Wega machines can also use components that are shared with other Astoria CMA applications. For this reason, a suitable part may sometimes be listed with both Astoria and Wega references. The brand name shown on a component is therefore not always enough to determine compatibility: the OEM part number and technical specification should be leading.

Finding the correct Wega spare part

The safest way to identify a Wega replacement part is to start with the exact espresso machine model and, where available, the OEM reference from the existing component or parts diagram. Wega machines have been produced in different configurations and revisions, so parts that look similar are not automatically interchangeable.

When comparing replacement parts, check details such as dimensions, thread size, voltage, wattage, number of brewing groups, valve connection and the construction of the brewing group. For electrical components, the information printed on the original component can also help identify the correct replacement.

Wega brewing group parts

The brewing group contains several of the most frequently serviced parts on a commercial espresso machine. Depending on the Wega model and group configuration, these can include portafilter gaskets, shower screens, diffusers, jets, springs, valves, O-rings and other sealing components.

If water leaks around the edge of the portafilter during brewing, first inspect the portafilter gasket. Gaskets are available in different diameters and thicknesses, and the correct size depends on the brewing group. Wear on the portafilter and group locking surfaces can also affect which gasket thickness provides the correct seal.

The shower screen should also be checked during group maintenance. Wega machines can use different screen sizes and mounting methods, so compare the diameter, height and fixing method with the original part rather than selecting a screen by brand alone.

Wega portafilters and group sealing

Wega portafilters, filter holders and related sealing components can differ between brewing group versions. When replacing a portafilter, check the orientation and thickness of the locking ears as well as the filter basket and spout configuration.

A portafilter that closes too far or no longer seals correctly does not always mean that the complete portafilter must be replaced. The condition and thickness of the group gasket should be checked first. On older machines, wear of the group locking surfaces can also change the final locking position.

Boiler and heating parts for Wega machines

The boiler system supplies hot water and steam and, depending on the machine design, provides heat for the brewing circuit. Parts in this section can include heating elements, heating element gaskets, boiler fittings, safety valves, anti-vacuum valves, level components and pressure-control parts.

When replacing a Wega heating element, do not select an element only by its appearance. Check the voltage, wattage, flange or thread configuration, immersed length and electrical connection against the original component. The heating element gasket should normally be inspected or replaced at the same time.

Pumps and the Wega water circuit

The water circuit of a Wega espresso machine can include the pump, pump motor, inlet valve, non-return valve, flowmeter, expansion valve, fittings and associated tubing. A problem with water supply or brewing pressure therefore does not automatically mean that the pump itself has failed.

If a pump does require replacement, compare the original unit with the available espresso machine pumps. Check the pump type, capacity, connection and mounting arrangement before ordering.

Wega solenoid, steam and water valves

Wega espresso machines use valves throughout the brewing, filling, hot-water and steam systems. Depending on the application, these can be mechanical valves or electrically operated solenoid valves. A complete valve does not always need replacing: coils, plungers, seals, O-rings and other valve components may also be available separately.

For steam-system repairs, you can also browse steam valves and steam valve parts. When identifying these components, compare the valve body, shaft, gasket arrangement, tube connection and OEM reference with the existing assembly.

Electrical and dosing components

Volumetric Wega espresso machines can contain electronic components such as touch panels, flowmeters, level controls, probes, switches and dosing electronics. These parts can differ according to machine version, number of groups and supply voltage.

When replacing a dosing device or other control component, use the reference printed on the existing unit whenever possible. Two control boxes with a similar appearance may have different programming, connections or electrical specifications.

OEM, compatible and shared Wega parts

The Wega range at Brooks Parts includes both original/OEM components and compatible replacement parts. A compatible part is not necessarily Wega-branded, but can be suitable when its dimensions, specifications and part-reference cross-reference match the original component.

Some components are also used across Wega and Astoria machines. This is especially relevant for common service items such as gaskets, valves, pumps and other mechanical components. A product mentioning Astoria together with Wega is therefore not automatically incorrectly classified. Always use the listed Wega reference, machine model and technical specifications to determine whether it is suitable for your machine.

Other Wega espresso machine models

Brooks Parts also lists spare parts associated with other Wega models and series, including Airy, Antares, Colosseum, Combinova, Espressa, IO, Mininova, Sphera, Start, Syntesis, Vela and Venere. These models do not all have a separate model category on this website. Where applicable, use the filters on this Wega parts page together with the OEM reference and technical specifications to narrow down the available parts.

Need help identifying a Wega part?

If you cannot identify the correct component for your Wega espresso machine, send us the machine model, the part number from the original component and, where useful, clear photos and dimensions. This information makes it easier to distinguish between similar versions. Contact Brooks Parts for assistance with identifying the correct replacement part.
